Sara Bareilles - I Choose You (Official Video)
Let the bough break, let it come down crashing
Let the sun fade out to a dark sky
I can't say I'd even notice it was absent
'Cause I could live by the light in your eyes
I'll unfold before you
Would have strung together
The very first words of a lifelong love letter
Tell the world that we finally got it all right
I choose
you
I will become yours and you will become mine
I choose
you
I choose
You, yeah
There was a time when I would have believed them
If they told me that you could not come true
Just love's illusion
But then you found me
And everything changed
And I believe in something again
My whole heart
Will be yours forever
This is a beautiful start
To a lifelong love letter
Tell the world that we finally got it all right
I choose
You
I will become yours and you will become mine
I choose
You
I choose
You
We are not perfect we'll learn from our mistakes
And as long as it takes I will prove my love to you
I am not scared of the elements I am underprepared,
But I am willing
And even better
I get to be the other half of you
Tell the world that we finally got it all right
I choose
You, yeah
I will become yours and you will become mine
I choose
You
I choose
You
I choose
You

Skylar Grey - Coming Home, Pt. II
(Official Video)
And the blood will dry
Underneath my nails
And the wind will rise up
To fill my sails
So you can doubt
And you can hate
But I know
No matter what it takes
I'm coming home
I'm coming home
Tell the world that I'm coming home
Let the rain
Wash away
All the pain of yesterday
I know my kingdom awaits
And they've forgiven my mistakes
I'm coming home
I'm coming home
Tell the world I'm coming
Still far away
From where I belong
But it's always darkest
Before the dawn
So you can doubt
And you can hate
But I know
No matter what it takes
I'm coming home
I'm coming home
Tell the world that I'm coming home
Let the rain
Wash away
All the pain of yesterday
I know my kingdom awaits
And they've forgiven my mistakes
I'm coming home
I'm coming home
Tell the world I'm coming
I'm coming home
I'm coming home
Tell the world that I'm coming home
Let the rain
Wash away
All the pain of yesterday
I know my kingdom awaits
And they've forgiven my mistakes
I'm coming home
I'm coming home
Tell the world I'm coming home

Daft Punk ft. Julian Casablancas - Instant Crush (Official Video)
I didn't want to be the one to forget
I thought of everything I'd never regret
Let's run with it because it's all we can take
One thing I'd never see, the same way around
I don't believe it and it slips from the ground
I want to take you to that place near the rush
But no one gives us any time anymore
He ask me once if I'd look in on his dog
You made an offer for it, then you ran off
I got this picture of us kissin' in my head
And all I hear is the last thing that you said
Listen to you brother, and listen to me
I didn't want to anymore
And we will never be alone again
'Cause it doesn't happen everyday
Kinda counted on you being a friend
Kinda given up on giving away
Now I thought about what I wanna say
But I never really know where to go
So I chained myself to a friend
'Cause there's nowhere else I could go
And we will never be alone again
'Cause it doesn't happen everyday
Kinda counted on you being a friend
Kinda given up on giving away
Now I thought about what I wanna say
But I never really know where to go
So I chained myself to a friend
Some more again
It didn't matter what they wanted to see
You thought he saw someone that looked just like me
I saw my memory that just never dies
We worked too long and hard to give it no time
He sees right through me, it's so easy with lies
Cracks in the road that I would try and disguise
He runs the scissors at the seam in the wall
He cannot break it down or else he would fall
One thousand lonely stars
Hiding in the cold
Take it, oh I don't wanna sing anymore
Listen to you brother, and listen to me
I didn't want to anymore
And we will never be alone again
'Cause it doesn't happen everyday
Kinda counted on you being a friend
Kinda given up on giving away
Now I thought about what I wanna say
But I never really know where to go
So I chained myself to a friend
'Cause there's nowhere else I could go
And we will never be alone again
'Cause it doesn't happen everyday
Kinda counted on you being a friend
Kinda given up on giving away
Now I thought about what I wanna say
But I never really know where to go
So I chained myself to a friend
'Cause there's nowhere else I could go
I don't wanna start, don't get upset
I'm not with you
It's all I do when I'm with you
And we will never be alone again
'Cause it doesn't happen everyday
Kinda counted on you being a friend
Kinda given up on giving away
Now I thought about what I wanna say
But I never really know where to go
So I chained myself to a friend
'Cause there's nowhere else I could go
And we will never be alone again
'Cause it doesn't happen everyday

M83 - Go! feat Mai Lan (Audio)
You, you, you, meet me, me, me
At this station, station
Can't, can't, can't, get used, used, used
To patience, patience
Wish time, this time
Could just be a bit shortened, shortened
Be-be-be-be-tween u-u-us
Six million seasons
Gotta run, gotta run, gotta run
And make it or die
Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two
I loved, I loved, I fell, I fell
Ran away, ran away, ran away, ran away
Gotta say, gotta say, gotta say, gotta say
I'm done, I'm done, I'm done without you
I loved, I loved, I fell, I fell
Ran away, ran away, ran away, ran away
Gotta say, gotta say, gotta say, gotta say
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you
F-F-Feels like we-we-we'll be frozen, frozen
N-N-Need you to-to tell me "je t'aime", "je t'aime"
Full speed cause we gotta look to discover, cover
G-G-Get me j-j-just a little closer
Gotta run, gotta run, gotta run
And make it or die
Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two
I loved, I loved, I fell, I fell
Ran away, ran away, ran away, ran away
Gotta say, gotta say, gotta say, gotta say
I'm done, I'm done, I'm done without you
I loved, I loved, I fell, I fell
Ran away, ran away, ran away, ran away
Gotta say, gotta say, gotta say, gotta say
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you
I'm gonna come, just meet me there
Gonna come straight away
It all starts with we
Gonna find you in the night
Gonna make it or die
Gonna come straight away
It all starts with we
Gonna find you
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you
I loved, I loved
Ran away, ran away
Gotta say, gotta say
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you
I loved, I loved, I fell, I fell

Mike Posner - The Way It Used to Be (Official Music Video)
We were young
We were never growing old
And the glitter was still gold
They way it used to be
It was love
It was easy just to smile
It was easy for a while
The way it used to be
But even stars they fade
And colors turn to grey
I miss yesterday
And the way it used to be
And I can't turn back time
Even if I tried
I miss you tonight
And girl I miss the way it used to be
Look at you
You've got the life, the pretty house
But you must still think about
The way it used to be
Is it real
He don't love you like I do
Can we just go back to
The way it used to be
'Cause even stars they fade
And colors turn to grey
I miss yesterday
And the way it used to be
And I can't turn back time
Even if I tried
I miss you tonight
And girl I miss the way it used to be
And girl I miss the way
Look at us
Just look what we've become
Just a shell of what was once
The way it used to be
Even stars they fade
And colors turn to grey
I miss yesterday
And the way it used to be
And I can't turn back time
Even if I tried
I miss you tonight
And girl I miss the way it used to be
And girl I miss the way it used to be
And girl I miss the way it used to be

Shadows faded black
Lovers losing track
Bashful
We always hide our cracks
Youthful
'Cause we never turned our backs
It's just you and me (wish that I could say more, say more)
Wish that I could say more, say more
Just you and me (wish that I could say more, say more)
Wish that I could say more, say more
Just you and me
Bashful lovers, just you and me
We take it slow, just you and me
Falling backwards, just you and me
Sink so low, just you and me
Bashful lovers, just you and me
We take it slow, just you and me
Falling backwards, just you and me
Sink so low, just you and me
Blankets, hold us tight
Whisper, please take this right
'Cause we're bashful
We'll forever burn inside
Trust that, this is not goodbye
It's just you and me (wish that I could say more, say more)
Wish that I could say more, say more
Just you and me (wish that I could say more, say more)
Wish that I could say more, say more
Just you and me
Bashful lovers, just you and me
We take it slow, just you and me
Falling backwards, just you and me
Sink so low, just you and me
Bashful lovers, just you and me

Jessica Mauboy - To The End Of The Earth (Official Video)
We can go for miles after midnight
Tracing every shadow 'til the daylight
Going off the edge just to feel what it's like
What it's like, what it's like
You wanna go right, you wanna go left
You know I don't mind (oh oh oh)
My feet on the edge and I come alive
Come alive, come alive
I feel invincible anywhere with you
Indestructible, I'll go, I'll go
To the end of the earth with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) I'll go, I'll go
To the end of the earth with you
It's a technicolor dream all around me
Electric melody through my body
Push me off the edge cause with you I can fly
I can fly, I can fly
You wanna go right, you wanna go left
You know I don't mind (oh oh oh)
My feet on the edge and I come alive
Come alive, come alive
I feel invincible anywhere with you
Indestructible, I'll go, I'll go
To the end of the earth with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) I'll go, I'll go
To the end of the earth with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh)
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh)
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh)
I'll go, I'll go
To the end of the earth with you
I feel invincible
Anywhere with you
Indestructible
I'll go, I'll go
To the end of the earth with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) with you
(Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh) with you

Capital Cities - Kangaroo Court (Official Music Video)
There's a dark part of town where the girls get down
And I cannot wait for a chance to go
Wait for a chance to go
I got my bad luck shoes and every excuse to dance these blues away
Ain't coming home
I ain't coming home
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
In a dusty room I come to assume
That I've been doomed to lose my mind tonight
Too weak to fight
So I tried to save face then I rest my case
The judge pulls me aside says c'est la vie
Let your darker side come out to feed
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
All rise
I can't do sexy
I commit the crime of wasting time
Always trying to rhyme, yes I am guilty
But don't misunderstand me
I admit defeat, then I move my feet
My history will never be repeated
I won't ever be repeated
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court
Shut up, shut up, shut up
Sit up, sit up, sit up, it's a kangaroo court
A kangaroo court

Capital Cities is an American pop duo from Los Angeles, formed in 2010 by Ryan Merchant (vocals, keyboard, guitar) and Sebu Simonian (vocals, keyboard). Their debut EP was released on June 7, 2011, with lead single "Safe and Sound" which became their first top ten hit single. The band currently consists of Ryan Merchant, Sebu Simonian, Manny Quintero on bass guitar, Spencer Ludwig on trumpet, Nick Merwin on guitar and Channing Holmes on drums. September 5, 2013 marked the premiere of the "Kangaroo Court" music video. The video features appearances from Darren Criss, Shannon Woodward, and Channing Holmes. The story tells of a zebra (Merchant), who has been forbidden from a club called The Kangaroo Court. Attempting entry disguised as a horse, he falls for a lapdog (Woodward). Her date that night, a bulldog (Criss), becomes jealous and reveals the zebra for who he actually is. The zebra is placed under arrest for his crime and sent to court to face a kangaroo judge (Holmes). He is found guilty immediately and is executed by lion (Simonian). The band was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Music Video. Capital Cities joined Katy Perry on the North American leg of her Prismatic World Tour. In April and May 2016, nearly three years after the release of the band's debut album, the official Capital Cities Facebook page made two posts strongly suggesting that new music was in the works. Two years later, the band released four singles within the span of four weeks and followed up with the release of "Solarize" on August 10th, 2018 as their latest album to date.

Ooh, ooh
Ah, ah, ah-ha
Ooh, ooh
Ah, ah, ah-ha
I got my eyes on you
You're everything that I see
I want your hot love and emotion endlessly
I can't get over you

'Cause you're a good girl and you know it
You act so different around me
'Cause you're a good girl and you know it
I know exactly who you could be
Just hold on, we're going home
Just hold on, we're going home
It's hard to do these things alone
Just hold on, we're going home
I got my eyes on you
You're everything that I see
I want your hot love and emotion endlessly
I can't get over you
You left your mark on me

Just hold on, we're going home (going home)
You're the girl, you're the one
Gave you everything I loved
I think there's something, baby
I think there's something, baby
You're the girl, you're the one
Gave you everything I loved
I think there's something, baby
I think there's something, baby
'Cause you're a good girl and you know it

Alison Gold (born May 9, 2002) is an American pop singer. She is best known for the single "Chinese Food". Alison Gold was born in Fairfax, Virginia. In 2012, she began working with Patrice Wilson, with whom she has worked on all her songs to date. Her first single, "Skip Rope", was released as part of the musical duo Tweenchronic made up of Alison and another girl identified as "Stacey". Her first single, "Chinese Food" charted at number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100 in November 2013 reaching 14 million YouTube views by March 2014. The song was criticized as having simplistic portrayals of other cultures. Patrice Wilson eventually removed the video from his channel in 2018, although it was later re-uploaded by others on YouTube. She later went on to do another single with Patrice titled "ABCDEFG", which did not chart (this was also removed in 2018 by Patrice). The music video for her third and final single "Shush Up" portrayed Gold in a sexualized manner, depicting her as a criminal in jail, and at one point had her being executed in an electric chair. The official copy of the video was later removed from YouTube, and Gold has not released any new music since.
Empire Of The Sun - DNA (Official Video)
Oh, didn't matter where we lie
Back in spring of '79
There were no rules to feel sublime
Let's trek down the path
We slept to the radio
Gentle as my heart beats now
Turn up the fuse all over again, my friend
Just to take me away
Rewind, be my DNA
Don't wanna fade away
Rewind, there's no yesterday
It's our discovery
Dreamtime, it's a special place
Let's keep each other awake
Our hearts, now they beat the same
There is a thread that runs along
The seam of all the paths we've crossed
A colour wheel that spins around
Weave all into one
The price of getting setting suns
We're running to the beat of the drum
We are the creatures, rays and larks
Relax
Just to take me away
Rewind, be my DNA
Don't wanna fade away
Rewind, there's no yesterday
It's our discovery
Dreamtime, it's a special place
Let's keep each other awake
Our hearts, now they beat the same
Take me away
So far away
No-one will find us
On our own island
Just out of choice
The dreamer fought the battleship away
It's over the horizon
Voices inside of us to guide us on
Guiding us on (can't you hear us calling you)
Can't you hear us calling you
Can't you hear us calling you
Rewind, we were DNA
Don't wanna fade away
Rewind, there's no yesterday
It's our discovery
Dreamtime, it's a special place
Let's keep each other awake
Our hearts, now they beat the same

George Michael - Let Her Down Easy (Official Video)
You're top man on the scene
You don't think life comes in between
But hey, she's just seventeen
She feels that she's a worldly girl
But man you've been around the world
She is just some worried daddy's girl
Even though there's nothing I can say
Its just human nature any way
Let her down easy
Her heart is on a dime
Let her down easy
And you'll grow up in time
In her strawberry eyes
The way she sees you signifies
That she's susceptible to your velvet lies
But if you must lay her down
May a butterscotch glow be her dressing gown
And please do not lead her on when you leave town
Even though there's nothing I can say
Its just human nature any way
Let her down easy
Her heart is on the line
Let her down easy
And you'll grow up in time
She's a woman now
With a daughter to make her proud
In her crayon world of paper clouds
She still remembers you
The first boy that she gave it to
And she laughs at how little then she knew
Her daughter's five and her grandfather adores her (of course)
Let her down easy

Janelle Monáe - PrimeTime ft. Miguel [Official Video]
Tick-tock, I'm watching the clock
I can't wait 'til we get to rock
I wanna scream and dream and throw a love parade
Is that okay?
Tonight it's me and you alone
Won't make a call, won't even write a song
See I've been waiting and waiting for the time to say
Now listen baby
When you're down, and it's hard
And you feel like you've given your all
Baby our love will always keep it real and true
Cause baby it's a primetime for our love
Ain't nobody peekin' but the stars above
It's a primetime for our love
And heaven is bettin' on us
Bang bang, I'm calling your name
You're like a fire the world can't tame
I wanna riot 'til the stars come out and play
Is that okay? (Okay)
Tonight it's me and you alone
Won't take a call, won't even write a song
This'll be a personal holiday
Listen baby
When you're down, and it's hard
And you feel like you've given your all
Baby my love is always right here for you
Yeah
Cause baby it's a primetime for our love
Ain't nobody peekin' but the stars above
It's a primetime for our love
And heaven is bettin' on us
It's a primetime for our love (yes it is)
Ain't nobody peekin' but the stars above
It's a primetime for our love
And heaven is bettin' on us
Cause baby it's a primetime for our love
Ain't nobody peekin' but the stars above
It's a primetime for our love
And heaven is bettin' on us
Mel B - For Once In My Life
I've been gone in the dark and the shadows
Been afraid to throw my heart in the battle
Yesterday felt the weight of the shackles
Not anymore... not anymore
Turn the lights turn the lights turn the lights on
Wanna rise feel the rush wanna free fall
Through the night cause tonight
I'm unstoppable
Unstoppable
I wanna feel
I wanna feel
For once in my life I'm gonna let go
For once in my life, I'm gonna do it for me!
This is the time I've been waiting for
Stripping it all away I'm runnin' free
Here I am! I think you know what I came for
Make it loud cause the world is my dance floor
Standing strong and it feels so incredible
Gimme some more gimme some more
Turn the lights turn the lights turn the lights on
Wanna rise feel the rush wanna free fall
Through the night cause tonight
I want it all
I want it all
I wanna feel
I wanna feel
For once in my life I'm gonna let go
For once in my life, I'm gonna do it for me!
This is the time I've been waiting for
Stripping it all away I'm runnin' free
(it's now or never)
Oh ohh ohhh ohhh ohhhh
Oh ohh ohhh ohhh ohhhh
I wanna feel...
For once in my life I'm gonna let go
For once in my life, I'm gonna do it for me!
This is the time I've been waiting for
Stripping it all away I'm runnin' free
For once in my life I'm gonna let go

Midnight Red - Take Me Home (Official Video)
You're killing my resistance, now I have to let go
I'm drowning in your stream, girl, I can see heaven's door
I'm running out of fuel, know I'm 'bout to explode
You're feeling up my lungs, I swear I'm ready to go
Don't leave me lonely
Leave me lonely, leave me lonely
Put it on me, put it on me, put it on me
Don't keep me waiting, this night is fading
Take me home
I try but it's not the same
Give me your love again
Take me home
Just wanna be closer as the night gets colder
But the music's over
Just take me home
Don't keep me waiting, this night is fading
Take me home
I'm finding myself tripping as I'm reaching the shore
Feeling something ripping but I'm asking for more
Why you hide your love from me, I'm losing control
It's so hard when you're falling, why you climbing at all?
Don't leave me lonely
Leave me lonely, leave me lonely
Put it on me, put it on me, put it on me
Don't keep me waiting, this night is fading
Take me home
I try but it's not the same
Give me your love again
Take me home
Just wanna be closer as the night gets colder
But the music's over
Just take me home
Don't keep me waiting, this night is fading
Take me home
You love so good,
How can I forget.
Girl your touch is still the best,
You can see it all over my chest,
Killing every single piece of me.
Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh, oh oh.
You love so good,
How can I forget.
Girl your touch is still the best,
You can see it all over my chest,
Killing every single piece of me.
Oh oh, oh oh, oh oh, oh oh.
Don't keep me waiting, this night is fading
Take me home (Take me home)
I try but it's not the same
Give me your love again
Take me home (Just take me home)
Just wanna be closer as the night gets colder
But the music's over

Bonnie McKee - American Girl
I fell in love in a 7/11 parking lot
Sat on the curb drinking Slurpees we mixed with alcohol
We talked about all our dreams and how we would show 'em all (whoa oh oh oh)
I told him I got a plan and I'm gonna dominate
And I don't need any man to be getting in my way
But if you talk with your hands then we can negotiate (whoa oh oh oh)
I'll just keep moving my body (yeah)
I'm always ready to party (yeah)
No I don't listen to mommy (yeah)
And I'll never say that I'm sorry
Oh I'm an American girl
Hot blooded and I'm ready to go
I'm loving taking over the world
Hot blooded, all American girl (Whoa)
I was raised by a television
Every day is a competition
Put the key in my ignition (Oh-way-oh)
I wanna see all the stars and everything in between
I wanna buy a new heart out of a vending machine
'Cause It's a free country so baby we can do anything (Whoa)
I'll just keep moving my body (yeah)
I'm always ready to party (yeah)
No I don't listen to mommy (yeah)
And I'll never say that I'm sorry
Oh I'm an American girl
Hot blooded and I'm ready to go
I'm loving taking over the world
Hot blooded, all American girl (Whoa)
I was raised by a television
Every day is a competition
Put the key in my ignition (Oh-way-oh)
You know we're gonna shine so bright (Oh we're gonna shine so bright)
Oh baby gonna go all night (Oh we're gonna go all night)
You know we're gonna shine so bright (Oh we're gonna shine so bright)
Oh baby gonna go all night
Oh I'm an American girl
Hot blooded and I'm ready to go
I'm loving taking over the world

Betty Who - You're In Love - Official -
Imagine driving down the one lane road
Down by the chapel we could be alone
And with the rain there's nowhere else to go
We'll watch it fall
Don't try and tell me you don't want to see
What it would be like to grow old with me
You're in love every other day
Cause you smile at me like you're dying to say
That your heart beat stops when I'm walking away
So don't walk away
You're in love
Every other day you're in love
Imagine drinking wine in Sicily
And you'll be kissing me on New Year's Eve
Nothing but cobblestone and red brick streets
You'd like the cold
Just tell me what it is that's holding you back
If we get lost we'll follow old train tracks
You're in love every other day
Cause you smile at me like you're dying to say
That your heart beat stops when I'm walking away
So don't walk away
You're in love
You're in love when you're holding me tight
But you're out of love when we're saying goodnight
And you don't know why I make you feel so right
But it feels right
You're in love
Every other day you're in love
Imagine you and me
And how beautiful we could be
Yeah
You're in love every other day
Cause you smile at me like you're dying to say
That your heart beat stops when I'm walking away
So don't walk away
You're in love
You're in love when you're holding me tight
But you're out of love when we're saying goodnight
And you don't know why I make you feel so right
But it feels right
You're in love
But it feels right
You're in love
But it feels right
You're in love

Australian singer/songwriter Betty Who makes big-hearted pop music that calls to mind divas such as Whitney Houston, Robyn, and Katy Perry. Borrowing sounds and styles from the '80s onward and putting her own joyous stamp on them, the viral success Who earned with early independent releases such as 2013's The Movement EP led to major-label releases including 2017's 'The Valley'. By the time of 2019's Betty, she was back to being an independent artist with a wide range of strengths. Born Jessica Anne Newham in Sydney, she began playing cello at age four and later picked up piano and guitar. When she was a teenager, she and her parents moved to America so she could attend the Interlochen Center for the Arts performing arts school. During this time, she began writing and performing her own songs. She then went to the Berklee College of Music for more training as a cellist, but really wanted to focus on being a singer/songwriter. While at Berklee, Who met producer Peter Thomas, and the pair began writing and recording material together. Drawing inspiration from the songwriting skills of Joni Mitchell and Carole King and the epic synth pop of M83 and MGMT, they came up with a sound that was equally nostalgic and contemporary on songs like "Somebody Loves You," which Who wrote shortly after Houston's death. Upon its release late in 2012 as a free download, the single earned online acclaim and was remixed by FM Attack. Who's self-released debut EP, The Movement, arrived in April 2013 and included "Somebody Loves You," which topped Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart the following March. The Movement's success led to a deal with RCA Records, and Who made her debut for the label with the Slow Dancing EP in April 2014. A more polished effort that expanded on Who's brassy style with R&B-inspired production and more introspective songwriting, it reached number 57 on Billboard's Hot 100 Albums chart. That October, she followed it with her debut album, 'Take Me When You Go' which featured production by Thomas as well as Starsmith, Claude Kelly, and Martin Johnson and peaked at number 68 on the Hot 100. In February 2015, "All of You" became Who's second single to reach number one on Billboard's Dance Club Songs chart. After spending much of 2015 on the road, she returned in June 2016 with a soulful cover of Donna Lewis' 1996 single "I Love You Always Forever," which became her third number one on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart and reached number six on Australia's ARIA Singles Chart. She followed it that November with the tropical-tinged "Human Touch." Who reunited with Thomas and also worked with producers including Pop & Oak, Mstr Rogers, and Robopop on her second album, 2017's 'The Valley' which reflected her move to L.A. in its variety of styles and hit number 105 on the Billboard Hot 100 Albums chart. Later in 2017, Who became an independent artist once more when she left RCA Records. The following January, she issued the single "Ignore Me" and followed it with covers of Kylie Minogue's "Come Into My World" and Widelife's "All Things (Just Keep Getting Better)," the latter of which was used as the theme song to the second season of Netflix's reboot of Queer Eye. That June, the Betty, Pt. 1 EP provided a preview of her third album. Arriving in February 2019, the simply named Betty featured production by Thomas and Pretty Sister as well as some of Who's widest-ranging music.

SALLY SHAPIRO 'If It Doesn't Rain' [OFFICIAL VIDEO]
I'm like a ghost at your side, I'm never near
Always here, in just this consciousness
It's such a brilliant way to end the day
Staying in your dreams, impossible to reach you
Oh, I can't stay unless you turn your heart away
Did I hear you right? You'll stay all night?
You stayed all night
I don't know if I am right or wrong
Weak or strong, but if it doesn't rain tonight
I might as well be standing by your door
Doesn't matter if I miss the train
Late again, but if it doesn't rain tonight
I might just return
It's a roundabout of crevices, that love we missed
And something pulls me back
In every awkward way I try to stay
Ending up in tears
I'd love to make it easy for both of us
Just by being by my side
Did I get that right? You say you might give up your fight
I don't know if I am right or wrong
Weak or strong, but if it doesn't rain tonight
I might as well be standing by your door
Doesn't matter if I miss the train
Late again, but if it doesn't rain tonight
I might just return once more
I don't know if I am right or wrong
Weak or strong, but if it doesn't rain tonight
I might as well be standing by your door
Doesn't matter if I miss the train
Late again, but if it doesn't rain tonight
I might just return once more

Sally Shapiro is the pseudonym of a Swedish vocalist and the name of the Italo/synthpop duo composed of Shapiro and musician Johan Agebjörn. On April 28, 2016 Sally Shapiro announced the end of its 10-year career alongside the release of the final single "If You Ever Wanna Change Your Mind". They returned in January 2018 from retirement for a one-off collaboration with Italo Disco legend Ryan Paris called "Love On Ice". Shapiro grew up listening to Swedish pop and disco and the band was influenced by Eurobeat and Italo disco. Agebjörn shed some light on the choice of the fictional stage name in an October 2007 interview with Exclaim! magazine:
“ I chose [the name] Sally Shapiro because we were inspired by artists like Valerie Dore and Katy Gray, who also had a team of producers and writers behind them using the name of a singer as the title for the project." ”
— Johan Agebjörn
Sally Shapiro's debut album, 2007's 'Disco Romance' was produced by Agebjörn. The album received strong reviews, and Shapiro was championed by many prominent music blogs including Pitchfork Media. The album was released in North America on 16 October 2007 by Canadian-based indie label Paper Bag Records: it is a ten-track album featuring artwork by Canadian designer Geoff Wilson.
Shapiro is notable for shunning publicity and has never revealed her real name. However, in an interview with Swedish webzine Judy in September 2007, she talked for the first time about considering performing live:
“ What if I did a show in Italy, where there's no-one I know. If I just went onto the stage, did my thing and left without having any further contact if I didn't want to. Then I'd still be able to keep myself outside of it and just regard it as Sally's thing. ”
— Sally Shapiro
In spring 2008, Sally Shapiro went on a short DJ tour, but on a February 2009 post on Sally Shapiro's Myspace blog, Agebjörn stated that Sally would not perform again:
“ Sally felt that standing on stage was not her thing, and that life on tour in general didn't interest her. It was not just about shyness, it was as much about a disinterest in endless travelling and working hours in the middle of the night. Some of the live/DJ requests turned into Johan solo DJ gigs, most didn't happen at all. Many people in the music industry think it's commercially stupid, we lose a lot of opportunities to gain listeners and sell records. And we guess they are right. We also have the feeling of making our listeners (the ones that we met were really nice) disappointed. But we believe that you shouldn't take opportunities just because they exist, if it's not what you really want to do. What if you just want to be a normal person with a normal job, record songs in the weekends, and spend the holidays picking blueberries instead of going on tour.
Empire Of The Sun - Alive (Official Video)
Days go by my window
World slows down as it goes
Goodbye to last night
Lost my eyesight
Can't you help me see
Loving every minute 'cause you make me feel so alive, alive
Loving every minute 'cause you make me feel so alive, alive, alive, alive
Waking in the snow
Tracing steps with you
Swimming through the snow
Wrapped in velvet
Can't you help me see (they won't get right)
Loving every minute 'cause you make me feel so alive, alive
Loving every minute 'cause you make me feel so alive, alive, alive, alive
Can you feel it's call through me
I'm the one that you seek
All you need is so much, I'm just waiting on
Freedom is within you
Giving makes us feel good
Hello to our people
Say hello to the future
Freedom is within you
Giving makes us feel good
Hello to our people
Say hello to the future
Loving every minute 'cause you make me feel so alive, alive

Mac Miller - Complicated -
Outside it's cloudy but I like that better (better, better)
Behind the wheel, but still ain't on my way
Some people say they want to live forever
That's way too long, I'll just get through today
Without any complications
Does it always gotta, does it always gotta
Gotta be so complicated?
Well, I'm way too young to be gettin' old
Mm, and all I wanna do is look, but I can't see, baby
Who you talkin' to while you talkin' to me, baby?
Let me, let me know if I can see you later
We could make it easy
Inside my head is gettin' pretty cluttered (cluttered, cluttered)
I tried but can't clean up this mess I made
'Fore I start to think about the future
First, can I please get through a day?
Without any complications
Does it always gotta, does it always gotta
Gotta be so complicated?
Well, I'm way too young to be gettin' old
Some people say they want to live forever
Without any complications
Does it always gotta, does it always gotta
Gotta be so complicated?
Well, I'm way too young to be gettin' old

Malcolm James McCormick (January 19, 1992 – September 7, 2018), known professionally as Mac Miller, was an American rapper and record producer. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania, Miller began his career in the city's hip hop scene in 2007, at the age of fifteen. In 2010, he signed a record deal with Pittsburgh-based independent label Rostrum Records, with whom he had his breakthrough with the mixtapes K.I.D.S. (2010) and Best Day Ever (2011).
Miller's debut studio album, 'Blue Slide Park' (2011) became the first independently distributed album to top the US Billboard 200 since 1995. In 2013, he founded the record label imprint REMember Music. After his second studio album, 'Watching Movies with the Sound Off (2013), he left Rostrum and signed with the major label Warner Bros. Records in 2014. With them, he released four studio albums: GO:OD AM (2015), The Devine Feminine (2016), Swimming (2018), and the posthumous Circles (2020). For Swimming, he was posthumously nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. He also served as a record producer for various artists, including himself, under the pseudonym Larry Fisherman. Miller struggled with substance abuse, which was often referenced in his lyrics. Miller spoke openly about his struggle with substance abuse and depression. To manage stress during his Macadelic Tour in 2012, Miller began taking promethazine, and later became addicted to lean. Miller told Complex in January 2013: "I love lean; it's great. I was not happy and I was on lean very heavy. I was so fucked up all the time it was bad. My friends couldn't even look at me the same. I was lost." He quit taking promethazine in November 2012, before shooting his reality show Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family. In 2014, Miller was taking drugs daily, and felt that the final track on Faces, "Grand Finale", was "supposed to be the last song [he] made on Earth." Recounting that period to Billboard in August 2015, Miller was "definitely way healthier" but not "completely" sober. After stating he "hated" being sober in a February 2016 documentary, Miller had become sober for three months by October 2016, noting his better mood and maintained creativity. However, when asked about his sobriety in April 2017, Miller said he was now "living regularly". Miller was in an on-again, off-again relationship with writer Nomi Leasure, whom he met in middle school, for seven years until 2016. Many of the songs on his mixtape Macadelic were about their relationship. Miller dated singer Ariane Grande from August 2016 to May 2018. On September 7, 2018, Miller was found unresponsive in his Studio City home by his personal assistant, who called 911 and performed CPR until paramedics arrived. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:51 a.m. (PDT). He had been scheduled for a video shoot on the day of his death, and was to embark on his Swimming Tour in October. In his will, Miller named his mother, father, and brother as beneficiaries. He was buried at Homewood Cemetery in his hometown of Pittsburgh, in a Jewish funeral. On November 5, 2018, the Los Angeles County Coroner's office determined that Miller died from an accidental drug overdose due to a "mixed drug toxicity" of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol. Three men were arrested in September 2019 during an investigation into Miller's death. Cameron James Pettit allegedly sold Miller counterfeit oxycodone pills containing fentanyl two days before his death, which were run to Pettit by Ryan Reavis and supplied by Stephen Walter. Miller had asked Pettit for Percocet, a prescribed painkiller containing oxycodone, in addition to cocaine and Xanax, Investigators believe Miller snorted the laced pills before his death. The three men were indicted on charges of conspiracy and distribution of drugs resulting in death. Thousands of fans held a vigil for Miller on September 11, 2018, at Pittsburgh's Blue Slide Park, the inspiration behind his debut album title; the site continues to be a place of remembrance. A tribute concert, Mac Miller: A Celebration of Life, took place on October 31, 2018, in Los Angeles. Many of his friends and collaborators performed or provided messages at the concert; proceeds raised benefited the newly-established Mac Miller Circles Fund, which aims to support youth arts and community-building programs in his memory. The charity had raised over $700,000 by January 2019. In May 2019, the renamed Mac Miller Fund issued its first grants, including $50,000 to MusiCares, which was used to launch their Mac Miller Legacy Fund to help young musicians with substance abuse issues. Miller included Big L, Lauren Hill, Beastie Boys, OutKast, and A Tribe Called Quest among his influences. He had a close relationship with fellow Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa, saying "Wiz has been a big brother to me with this music thing so far. Our relationship is beyond music. He really is just my homie, whether I will be making music or not."
Mac Miller - Hand Me Downs -
I'm thinkin' maybe I should thank you
Oh baby, I should buy you another round
'Cause you care and I'm swear that I'm here but I'm there
It's gettin' harder to hunt me down
Get away to a place with a lake, such a great view
Leave the bank, couple hundred thou'
I made it but hey, once I build it I break it
That might just break me down
And all l ever needed was somebody
With some reason who can keep me sane
Ever since I can remember
I been keeping it together but I'm feeling strange
Get away when it ain't really safe
And it don't seem right
But what's new? You get used to the bullshit
And screws, they go missing
It's likely they might be, but
You remind me
Shit, I need to stay in line
You damn-well are a great design
You despite bein' an only child
Say you need more of a family 'round
Let's turn these jeans into hand me downs
Down, down
Down, down, down
Down, down
Down, down, down
Yeah, well I'm just being honest, my conscience ain't doing bad
Because I try to minus the problems that I attract
And half the, time the wheels that's in the back of my mind
Just keep on turning 'til the tires flat and burn until the fire crack
I do not lie, though facts may seem a little far-fetched
That's only 'cause I may be make-believe and full of darkness
When I'm stuck between a rock and hard place
Walk and drop in change inside your empty guitar case
That's charity, um
I move carelessly, that's why I'm always trippin'
I guess it's like electrolytes, you help me go the distance
Not too efficient, but the way it's always been
Until the day we have to meet again
Get away when it ain't really safe
And it don't seem right
But what's new? You get used to the bullshit
And screws, they go missing
It's likely they might be, but
You remind me
Shit, I need to stay in line
You damn-well are a great design
You despite bein' an only child
Say you need more of a family 'round
Let's turn these jeans into hand me downs

Mac Miller - Woods
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, things like this ain't built to last
I might just fade like those before me
When will you forget my past?
Got questions, ask, you know the stories
Yeah, and you need to let me know
When you're leaving where you go
Can I come?
Do you believe me, are you close?
Yeah, even if you don't
That'll get you sprung
Do I, do I, do I love?
Can I, can I, can I get enough?
Yeah, don't run away, love
Hey love, heartbreak will have you bankrupt
Too many days in a daze, better wake up
I put your face in a place where the space was
Nobody make you feel like you but (do I?)
And you don't know what you should do
You just looking for someone to make you move, ooh tell me (do I?)
I make this planet feel like home
Miss us, first time the door is closing
So far beyond all our control
You say this all so close to broken, yeah
It's so much better when you wait
Forever and a day, that's all I got
Put it together then it break
All the energy it takes, it never stop
Do I, do I, do I love?
Can I, can I, can I get enough?
Yeah, I never slip, I never fall
I tried to tell you 'bout a better life
And get involved, big or small
It's been my fault
I keep it safe, it's in the vault
Blindfold her, keep it going 'til we hit a wall
Yeah, I'm never going through the motions
I'm just tryna lay your body down slowly
We can only go up
We can only go up
Do I, do I, do I love?
Can I, can I, can I get enough?
